    • Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

    • How to Initiate: Simply drop us an email at contact@pocketoes.com with your Order ID and your request, and our team will guide you through the process.

    • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, your pocketoes must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition. Please return them in their original packaging, including the tin box and any tags.

    • Exchanges: Found a different color or size you love? We're happy to process an exchange for any product of the same or lesser value, subject to availability.

    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer.

    General Care (For All Collections)

    • Cleaning the Sole: The anti-skid rubber sole is tough. If it gets dirty, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution.

    • Storing: To maintain their shape, we recommend rolling your pocketoes (never folding them in half) and storing them in their protective tin box.

    • 🚫 DO NOT: Never put your pocketoes in a washing machine or dryer. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or bleach.

    Care by Collection

    • For Core (Synthetic Leather):

      • This material is durable and easy to care for.

      • Simply wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth to remove any dirt or scuffs. For tougher stains, a mild soap and water solution works perfectly. Let them air dry.
