Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our products safely and efficiently across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India through trusted delivery partners.
International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned!

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking link.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
For orders below ₹799, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply (based on location).
COD (Cash on Delivery) may incur an additional handling charge.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment status directly using your order number.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@pocketoes.com.
We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Pocketoes will not be liable for delays caused by courier services or natural disruptions, but we’ll always assist to ensure you receive your order.

7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo or video before opening it and contact us immediately at contact@pocketoes.com.
We’ll assist you with replacement or resolution as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
