Returns & Refund Policy

1. Easy Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including the carry pouch).

• The product is free from dust, stains, or damage.

• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.

To start a return, please email us at contact@pocketoes.com with:

• Your Order ID

• Reason for return/exchange

• A photo of the product (to confirm condition)

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions and pickup process.

2. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!
We offer free exchanges for eligible products within 7 days.
Once we receive your return, we’ll dispatch your new pair of Pocketoes right away.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been worn outdoors.

• Customized or special-order products.

• Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased at a heavy discount.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

Received the wrong size, color, or a damaged pair?
We’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@pocketoes.com with pictures of the issue — we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can still request a return after delivery.
